At TUKU, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our watch straps. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for standard, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and unworn
In its original condition
In the original packaging
Free from scratches, stains, odors, damage, or signs of installation
Returned with all accessories, if applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Custom-made watch straps
Personalized or customized products
Products made according to specific size, color, material, stitching, buckle, or design requests
Items that have been worn, installed, damaged, altered, or used
Final sale items or clearance products
Because custom watch straps are made specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned due to personal preference, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

Order number
Full name
Email address used for the order
Reason for return
Photos of the product and packaging
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. TUKU is not responsible for returned items lost during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

The issue or defect
We will review the case and offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Exchanges
We may accept exchanges for standard products if the item is unused and in original condition. Custom products cannot be exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
