2. Do you offer custom watch straps?
Yes. TUKU offers custom watch strap services. Customers can choose materials, colors, stitching, buckle options, size, and other details depending on the design.
3. How do I know which strap size I need?
The most important measurement is your watch’s lug width. This is the distance between the two lugs where the strap attaches to the watch case. Common sizes include 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, 21mm, 22mm, and 24mm.
If you are unsure, please contact us with your watch brand and model.
4. Are your watch straps compatible with Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Tudor, or other brands?
Many of our straps are designed to fit popular watch brands and models. Compatibility depends on lug width, case shape, strap design, and buckle type.

5. Do your straps include buckles?
Some straps may include buckles, while others may be sold as straps only. Please check the product page for details.

10. Can I return a custom strap?
Custom-made or personalized straps cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
11. Can I return a standard strap?
Standard, non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.
12. What should I do if I ordered the wrong size?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to help you make changes. If the item has already shipped or was custom-made, returns or changes may not be possible.
